Assessments:
· 1 Lot mowing lien was
filed however since, we have received full payment and lien will be
released.
· 5 Unoccupied and 7
occupied assessments remain delinquent for a total of $8052.03 to
include admin fees and interest charges. Assessments not paid by April 1
will initiate lien process.
· All Phase 2 Sec 5/6
Lake assessments have been paid in full.
Wetland Maintenance:
B&G members as well as CAM met with the head of DWQ to discuss options
for wetland maintenance. We were optimistic that we may be able to have
the former wetland cutting process approved as a Pre-existing usage.
This will require providing documentation of the maintenance program
that took place from the beginning by the developer, etc. We will
schedule a meeting with the 14 lot owners affected to discuss the
options and to postpone wetland cutting to Fall 2008 until this
documentation can be submitted and hopefully approved by NCDWQ.
Insurance Loss Control Inspection:
On February 26, our Cincinnati Loss Control Consultant inspected the
community and noted 4 items that needed attention, the main focus being
on sidewalk repair as a result of tree roots.
Personnel Policies:
Submitted two policy addendums to address employee amenity usage and a
smoking policy.
Both were accepted and will be shared with employees at an upcoming
staff meeting.
