Assessments:
· 169 Annual Lot Mowing
Assessment were billed with a due date of November 1. Seven remain
outstanding for a total of $770.00. Interest and admin fees have
been incurred on these delinquent accounts.
· 180 Unoccupied Annual
Dues were mailed on Dec.1.
· 540 Occupies Annual
Dues were mailed on Dec. 1.
· Many thanks to our
volunteers who helped collate and stuff envelopes for the various
mailings.
Bay Club Lounge:
§ October Sales of
$3094.75 were down 20% from last year sales.
§ While Income remains
under budget projections, YTD expenditures remain under budget as well.
Bay Club:
§ YTD Bay Club expenses
remain under budget.
§ Track lighting has
been installed to enhance the lighting for our lending library.
CAM Office:

remain slightly under budget.
§ Performance
evaluations of all HOA employees are taking place this week.

Ballot Process: have submitted process for Board’s approval.
Community:
§ RV/Trailer Storage
Update: 5 on waiting list.
§ The DOT Blounts Creek
repaving project has left grassy clumped residue on our road frontage. I
spoke with DOT and from preliminary conversations, they will not be back
to clean up the mess. I have spoken with Landscaping Unlimited and
the cost will be $500.00-900.00 to remove the residue from our 4
entrances. This charge will be in addition to our landscaping contract.
