The Ad Hoc Voting Policies and Procedures Committee is being established
to prepare written policies and procedures for use by the CLMHOA in
conducting Board of Director’s elections and voting on proposed Covenant
as well as Bylaw changes. Specifically, the committee is charged with:
* Critically reviewing the historical unwritten
policies and procedures used by CLMHOA to
conduct Board of Director elections and votes on proposed
Covenant/Bylaw changes.
*Review applicable material from CAI.
*Prepare written policies and procedures including
proxy/ballot forms and instructions.
The report and recommendations should be submitted to the HOA Board by
March 15, 2008
The Committee shall consist of the following members:
