Call to Order
            The meeting was called to order at 9am by President Charlie Moore.
 
Establishment of a Quorum
            A quorum was present.
 
Unfinished Business
            President Charlie Moore asked for a motion to approve the 2009 Committee Chairmen and committee members.
 
Bill Lord moved and Ron Buzzeo seconded the motion to approve the 2009 Committee Chairmen and committee members with the contingency that all committee volunteers be members in good standing of CLMHOA by February 1, 2009.  Motion carried.  Tomi Moody will notify members on committees who have not paid their dues by February 1, 2009. Adjournment
President Charlie Moore called for a motion to adjourn.  Dave Grahek moved and Bill Lord seconded the motion to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned at 9:05 am.
