CLHOA Community Awards Candidates

8/11/2017

To All Cypress Landing
Committee Chairs and Residents;

The Cypress Landing Masters Home Owners Association Board of Directors would
like the Committees and Community's input regarding recommendations for our
five Annual Awards to be presented at the annual meeting in September.
When submitting your recommendation, please consider the criteria below and
also include the 'Highlights' of why you feel the person/persons are
deserving of the award.

The Board would like your recommendations no later than Monday August 22,
2017
. You may forward your recommendations to our Community Manager,
Tomi Moody at
cam@cypresslanding.com.

Thank you!

Mara Graves,  President

 AWARDS CRITERIA:

The “President's
Award”
is given for the most significant achievement by an individual, or
group, directly affecting the CL community during the calendar year of award

The “Vice
President's Award”
is presented for a major contribution by a committee or
chairperson during the calendar year of award

The “Board of
Directors Award”
– is presented for exceptional performance and major
contribution to the Board and the community.

The “Dick
Buttner Award”
– is presented in recognition of individuals who have
sustained major contributions to the community through their volunteer efforts
for at least two years.

The “Good Citizen Award
- is intended to recognize a Cypress Landing resident or family, who loves the
community and finds many ways to express this love without seeking recognition
or compensation. The recipient will be known to be a good neighbor, often
offering help to neighbors and others in the community, especially those who
may not be able to help themselves. The recipient may voluntarily assist
with recovery from natural disasters and storms or assist in preparations for
community activities. The recipient seeks out ways to make Cypress Landing
a better place in which to live. These good deeds are performed without
fanfare as a natural part of the recipient’s daily life.
